UAV Instruments is now part of Marine Instruments, after signing the company acquisition agreement today.

Since its inception, Marine Instruments has stood out globally in the development and manufacture of satellite buoys and tracking equipment for the fishing industry, and for the past two years has been developing a solution based on an unmanned fixed-wing aircraft to support free-school tuna fishing, enabling large tuna vessels to operate without a helicopter.
