As a result of the global health alert caused by COVID-19, ANSI has implemented certain extraordinary measures aimed at employees, clients, and suppliers to ensure the continuity of regular operations, following the recommendations of health authorities.

1. Our team is fully prepared to provide you with our services. To this end, work teams have been established that will combine on-site shifts and remote work to ensure the health of our employees and their families.

2. In-person visits to clients will be minimized as much as possible, except in urgent cases that require field data collection or laser scanning.

3.- We will maintain the continuity of our telephone support with full normalcy.

4. If necessary, it will be possible to schedule virtual meetings with our Commercial and Technical departments, via videoconference or video call.

5. ANSI will maintain the dispatch and receipt of materials. Every effort will be made to avoid possible delays in deliveries; however, as shipments are carried out through external transport agencies, logistics are subject to the activity of these companies and the guidelines issued by the Central and Regional Governments.

The ANSI team will do everything in its power to ensure that our clients feel fully supported during these difficult times, with our sincere wish to assist in any way possible so that the impact is minimized.
