Start-up of the expansion of the Rinheat evaporation plant (ENCE PO).

Last October we started up the expansion of the evaporation process at ENCE Pontevedra.

The Finnish company RINHEAT has contracted us to perform all the detailed engineering of the installation, for which we have initially performed the laser scanning of the existing installation in order to integrate in SOLIDWORKS the 3D model of all the equipment and the new connection piping.

The thermal stress calculation of the bleach and steam pipes was performed with BENTLEY's AUTOPIPE software and the calculation of the ducts with FEM software. During the execution of this project, we have also acted as plant supervisors.
