Dear Sirs,

As a consequence of the global health alert triggered by the COVID-19ANSI has activated some extraordinary measures aimed at workers, customers and suppliers to maintain the ordinary activity, following the recommendations of the health authorities.

1. Our team is fully prepared to provide you with our services. To this end, we have set up work teams that will combine face-to-face and teleworking shiftsto ensure the health of our workers and their families.

2. The visits to customers will be seen as a restricted to the maximum, except in cases of urgency due to the need for field data acquisition or laser scanning.

3.- We will maintain the continuity of our telephone service as usual.

4. If necessary, the following may be arrange virtual meetings with our Commercial and Technical departments, by videoconference or video call.

5. ANSI will maintain the shipping and receiving of materials. Every effort will be made to avoid possible delays in deliveries; although, since they are carried out with external transport agencies, logistics are conditioned to the activity of these companies and the guidelines set by the Central and Autonomous Governments.

The ANSI team will do everything in its power to make its customers feel absolutely supported during these difficult times; we want to help them in any way we can to make the impact as small as possible.
